18. Social Media Content & User-Generated Content (UGC) License

By tagging, submitting, uploading, messaging, emailing, or otherwise providing content to Generation or Shop Generation LLC — including but not limited to photos, videos, reviews, comments, social media posts, or testimonials (“User Content”) — you grant Generation a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in any media or marketing channel now known or later developed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Social media

  • Email marketing

  • Paid advertisements

  • Product pages

  • Printed marketing materials

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or control all rights to the User Content

19. Preorder and Made-to-Order Policy

Certain products may be offered as preorder, made-to-order, or limited release items.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree:

Estimated Shipping Windows

We will provide an estimated shipping timeframe when available.
If no timeframe is stated, orders are expected to ship within 30 days when reasonably possible.

Delays

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe:

  • We may contact you with a revised shipping estimate

  • You may have the option to cancel for a full refund

Cancellations

  • Preorders may be non-cancelable after production begins unless required by law

  • If we cannot fulfill your preorder, you will receive a full refund

Split Shipments

If multiple items are ordered with preorder items, your order may ship separately.

21. Limited Drop / Limited Release Policy

Generation may release products in limited quantities (“Limited Drops”).

By purchasing Limited Drop products, you acknowledge:

  • Limited Drop items may not be restocked once sold out

  • Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis

  • Items in cart are not reserved until checkout is completed

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of bot purchasing, fraud, or resale abuse

All Limited Drop sales may be final unless otherwise required by law or stated in a specific product listing.
