Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

  1. Time Frame: Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return or refund. Please contact us within this period at generationinquiries@gmail.com to initiate the process.

  2. Conditions for Returns: To qualify for a return or refund:

    • The item must be returned in its original, undamaged condition.

    • The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

    • All returns must be sent to the following address:

Sale Items:

Please note that sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These items are considered final sale at the time of purchase.

Exchanges
:

  • Customers may request an exchange for an item if it meets the above return conditions. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items and products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way cannot be returned or exchanged.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account.

  • Then, contact your credit/debit card company to see if the refund is still pending. It could take some time for the refunds to apply.

  • Then, contact your bank. Processing time could vary before refunds are posted.
