Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:
Time Frame: Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return or refund. Please contact us within this period at generationinquiries@gmail.com to initiate the process.
Conditions for Returns: To qualify for a return or refund:
The item must be returned in its original, undamaged condition.
The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Sale Items:
Please note that sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These items are considered final sale at the time of purchase.
Exchanges:
Customers may request an exchange for an item if it meets the above return conditions. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items:
Sale items and products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way cannot be returned or exchanged.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account.
Then, contact your credit/debit card company to see if the refund is still pending. It could take some time for the refunds to apply.
Then, contact your bank. Processing time could vary before refunds are posted.
